Shipping Policy
Our current shipping policy offers free shipping. We aim to dispatch orders within 2 days; however, should there be any delays, we will inform you promptly. While we strive for expediency, our consistent record is posting within 5 business days, even when attending festivals, conventions, and other events. We are committed to ensuring prompt fulfillment of your orders.
Return & Exchange Policy
We at Hieros Gamos Alchemy want you to be 1000% satisfied with your purchases. As such we have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, you can contact us at marc@hierosgamosalchemy.com. If your return is accepted, ship it back to PO BOX 651 MULLUMBIMBY NSW 2482 AUSTRALIA. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. A Client Care Representative will assess and validate the return @ which point either 1) a store credit will be issued, 2) a full refund, and otherwise the refund request was invalid. Do note, it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
You will receive a confirmation email when your return is processed. For hygiene and safety reasons, sealed products that have been opened are not eligible for reimbursement unless they are defective.
Do inspect your order upon receiving and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you’ve received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue find an acceptable solution.
